1. Definitions

By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that all information provided is true and accurate, and you agree to notify kg9998 promptly of any changes to your personal details by contacting our support team.

3. Account Management and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the kg9998 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether in the same name or under different names, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, kg9998 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, including all transactions, wagers, and communications. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. kg9998 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending investigation.

kg9998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4. Deposits

To participate in any real-money game or betting activity on the kg9998 Platform, you must first make a deposit into your Account using an approved Payment Method. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. kg9998 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases, deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited instantly. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within a reasonable time, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

You may only deposit funds from a Payment Method that you own and are authorised to use. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited. kg9998 reserves the right to return deposits and suspend Accounts where third-party payment method usage is suspected.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on kg9998 are subject to a minimum amount of ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same Payment Method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your Account must have undergone satisfactory identity verification. kg9998 may require you to submit supporting documentation including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership before approving withdrawal requests.

Withdrawals submitted for amounts under ৳50,000 will be processed within the same business day under normal operating conditions. Larger amounts may require additional processing time. kg9998 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.

kg9998 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, we may require additional documentation before proceeding.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

kg9998 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus rules apply across all kg9998 promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion details.

All games and betting markets available on the kg9998 Platform operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the kg9998 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
